    Summary Questions
     

1. An ergogenic aid is any external influences that can be determined to enhance performance in high- intensity exercises.
2. Caffeine is a stimulant by reversibly blocking the action of adenosine, which blocks the onset of drowsiness induced.
3. This role speed you up and gives you energy.
 
4. The negative effects on the body when you consume caffeine can be: anxiety, jitteriness, headaches, and fatigue. This can effect the nervous system also.
 
5.  Many of these organizations conclude that it isn't safe to consume many amounts of caffeine. This seems to be a bigger issue with athletic organizations due to the possibility that caffeine can be used as a performance altering substance.

Three Questions #2 1-23-15

1. I have completed 2 quizzes and I have completed my notebooks by organizing my notes.
2. I have learned about the body systems, body plates, and body cavities. Now I am learning about Homeostasis.
3. I plan on studying for my upcoming test. I haven't quite got the concept of positive and negative feedback of Homeostasis, and need to study in order to pass my tests.
